Terms and Conditions for Done for You Web Content Writing Packages

Ø You will receive an entire month of web content writing in one package, delivered as Word docs, in a Zip file, ready to post to your blog or website. Simply copy and paste to your site’s dashboard.
Ø A two months minimum commitment is required. You will always have a one-month credit due. Should you decide to cancel the service, with 30 days notice and for any reason, you will still receive your next month’s content package. There will be no refunds.
Ø Payment is due by the end of the 1st business week of each month for the next month’s content package. (Payment by the 1st of the month is recommended for timely delivery of your monthly web content writing package.)
Ø Your web content writing package will be delivered 3 weeks from the date your payment is received, giving you a full week to post to your blog or website.
Ø Keyword Research requires the submission of five seed keywords to produce 15-20 targeted keyword phrases, or 10 seed keywords to produce 25-30 targeted keyword phrases.
Ø A Blog Post will be approximately 350 words with one keyword used three times at the beginning, middle, and end. We will also try to use the keyword in the title, if it makes sense to do so.
Ø SEO Articles are fully optimized copy of approximately 450-500 words. One keyword will be used at approximately 3% keyword density. It will also be highlighted in bold, italics, underline once each, as well as included in the title, and headers (H1, H2, H3).
Ø Press Releases may be up to 750 words and will be properly formatted for distribution to all wire services and media outlets. We do not distribute Press Releases.
Ø Tweets will be excerpted from blog copy at the recommended 119 characters, to allow for inclusion of your URL.
Ø Facebook posts will be approximately 150-200 word excerpts of blog or article copy.
Ø Your FREE Blog Posts and SEO Articles may be ordered as needed. Use these to focus attention on timely news events or hot new information you discover and wish to share with your readers. Limited to ONE FREE post or article per week please, this will be delivered within 24 hours of receipt by SEO Writer Pro.
